Love sickness

I see love blooming everywhere around me. All of them are happening simultaneously. It was always like that. It's like they have their own spawning season.
And all the time... this love sickness would evade me.
It's not fair. I want to fall in love -again- too. Why won't I catch this deadly disease?
Can't I put down my wall of immunity and expose myself to love's poisonous spores?

Everyone else is dying because of love. And I'm dying for it.

What about me?

I tried so hard to accept my own flaws. I used to think I was... well, a lot of negative things there. But I looked in a mirror and stared hard. I looked at myself and thought, "This is you. You're acceptable."

It worked on me. I accepted myself. I gained confidence. I became who I am. I hoped to get real friends by going all out, showing my true self. I tried so hard to be a better person for everybody.

But then I remembered.

Have others tried to accept me for who I am? Have they tried so hard to be a better person for me?

For me?

Time

Time moves on and waits for nobody. How cruel.

But it shows how powerful it is. It is able to move on, advancing forwards, no matter what happens.

Sometimes, though, we would feel as if time moved slowly or quickly. Of course, that's just our feelings. The truth is, time is always moving at its own pace; the same pace all the time.

We would either be walking with time side by side, or falling back behind it by a bit, but we are never ahead of it.

Time is moving.

Try to follow it.

The Dreamer

The dreamer is tired of dreaming dreams,

Her dreams were too long, and too real,

He was always with her,

He was by her side all the time,

She laughed and smiled in her sleep,

Her dreams were beautiful and pleasant,

But the dreamer always has to wake up in the end,

The dreamer is so tired of dreaming dreams,

But her dreams keep pulling her back into dreamland.
